Dentures in a Day National Giveaway: Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID IN FLORIDA, NEW YORK, AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by Dehne Dental PLLC dba Grand Valley implant Dentistry, located at Allendale, Michigan, together with AskADentist.ai ("Sponsor"). By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this giveaway.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, except residents of Florida and New York, who are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) or household members are not eligible.

3. Entry Period

Entries are accepted starting from the date this giveaway is published through September 20, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time ("Entry Period"). Entries received after the Entry Period closes will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

You may enter by either of the two methods below. Both are free.

• Online: Complete the entry form at the giveaway entry page with your first name, last name, email, mobile phone number, and state of residence, confirm you are 18 or older and agree to these Official Rules, and submit.
• Mail-in alternate method of entry (no purchase necessary): Hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, email address, phone number, state of residence, and date of birth on a 3x5 card, and mail it in a stamped envelope to: Grand Valley implant Dentistry, Dentures in a Day Giveaway, Allendale, MI. Mail-in entries must be postmarked before the close of the Entry Period and received within 7 days of that postmark to be counted. Limit one mail-in entry per outer envelope.

5. One Entry Per Person

Limit one entry per person across both entry methods combined, regardless of how many email addresses or phone numbers you use. Duplicate entries from the same person will be disqualified, and the earliest valid entry will be the one counted.

6. Prize

One winner will receive one Dentures in a Day treatment from Grand Valley implant Dentistry, an approximate retail value ("ARV") of $8,500. This is the entire prize; no cash or other substitute will be offered, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable for any reason. The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

Travel: the winner is responsible for their own travel to Allendale, Michigan to receive treatment. No travel stipend is included in the prize.

Taxes: the winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 (or equivalent) reflecting the ARV of the prize if required by law.

7. Winner Selection

Winner selection has two stages:

1. Random drawing. On or around September 21 to September 24, 2026, five (5) finalists will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period, using Random.org, and the drawing will be recorded.
2. Clinical-eligibility screen. Each finalist, in the order drawn, will undergo a disclosed clinical-eligibility screen performed by Grand Valley implant Dentistry, confirming candidacy for same-day dentures and ability to travel to Allendale, Michigan for treatment. This screen is documented against these Official Rules. The first finalist, in draw order, who is confirmed eligible becomes the winner, on or around September 26, 2026.

Public announcement: the winner will be publicly announced on or around September 30, 2026. The only official channels for this announcement are the Instagram account @dr._lance and this page. No other account or page speaks for this giveaway.

8. Alternate Winner

If a selected winner cannot be confirmed eligible, cannot be reached, does not respond to winner notification within five (5) days, or does not accept the prize, that finalist will be disqualified and the next finalist in draw order will be offered the prize under the same conditions, and so on through the remaining finalists.

9. Claiming the Prize

To claim the prize, the confirmed winner must sign a publicity release (permitting Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, and testimonial in connection with this giveaway, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law) and a HIPAA authorization permitting the treatment and any related before-and-after documentation. Failure to sign and return these documents within the response window described in Section 8 will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.

10. Your Safety: How We Will Never Contact You

Sponsor will never ask any entrant or finalist for payment, a gift card, or banking information at any point in this giveaway. Legitimate contact about your entry or the prize will come only from Grand Valley implant Dentistry's named practice phone number or email address. The only official announcements about this giveaway appear on the Instagram account @dr._lance and this page. If you are contacted by any other means asking for money or financial information, it is not from us; please do not respond and report it.

11. Consent to Communications

Entry does not require agreeing to receive marketing calls or texts. Entrants who separately check the optional marketing-consent box on the entry form agree to receive calls and texts, including automated or prerecorded messages, from Grand Valley implant Dentistry and AskADentist.ai about the giveaway and other offers, at the number provided. That consent is not a condition of entry, message and data rates may apply, and it may be revoked at any time by replying STOP.

12. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process. By entering, you release Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability associated with the giveaway or the prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
